The nicest Comfort Inn I've been to in a while. Employees are very friendly, and well trained. This is a clean, welcoming environment that the staff takes a great deal of pride in, and it shows!!
We had a great experience staying at Comfort Suites Wooster this past weekend! The customer service was excellent — every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very accommodating for our family. Breakfast was a big highlight — there was a great variety of options, and the extended hours (from 6 AM to 10 AM) made it easy for us to eat without feeling rushed. Our kids really enjoyed spending time in the pool, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this was a comfortable, family-friendly stay that felt like a home base during our visit. Highly recommend for anyone traveling through the area!
Got in at 3am, Brandy did a wonderful job getting us a room. She was very pleasant to deal with. Will definitely stay at a comfort suits again.
This was our second stay at this hotel. We have no complaints about anything. The rooms are spacious. Plenty of room to get around, that's important to me since i'm in a wheelchair part of the time. The breakfast is a very good touch. I did get to have a conversation with Megan, the kitchen staff, who was very friendly and courteous. Also did a great job preparing breakfast. I did get to see an example of staff assisting each other which was good to see. Any business is only as good as the people who work there. I believe they have good people here who are a great asset to the place. From what we can see everything here is clean and well maintained. Definitely would recommend.
Loved it! Stayed two nights; breakfast was fabulous with a nice variety of options. I used the pool and exercise equipment; both were nice.
We stay there as umpires for a softball tournament in Orrville. The location is easy to find. The facilities are well kept up. The rooms are excellent. And, most of all, the breakfast is nice with a great selection of items and a variety. The breakfast staff was awesome! We stayed around the 4th of July weekend.
They ordered and had 100% cotton sheets on our beds for us upon arrival!! Talk about customer service! A+++ On our last stay I didn't give 5 stars because of the microfiber sheets that burn me up. The management had responded to my review to just let them know next time we were coming and they would provide cotton sheets for us if we asked? Well they followed through on their promise and the sheets were wonderful. The rooms are awesome, the free breakfast was great, many selections to choose from but the staff and management are top notch. Great business you have here. Keep up the great work!
